Naad Builders is a fast-growing real estate company committed to delivering quality housing and commercial spaces. We are looking for passionate and result-oriented sales professionals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and digital platforms. Handle walk-in clients at project sites and guide them through property details, pricing, and payment plans. Build strong client relationships and provide excellent after-sales service. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with potential buyers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain proper records of leads, inquiries, and sales conversions in CRM or reporting formats. Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred), or strong background in direct sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
