Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team in Bangalore and Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for our organic product range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to local markets
• Manage social media channels and digital marketing initiatives
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer trends
• Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts
• Organize promotional events and product demonstrations
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in organic or FMCG sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for organic products and sustainable living is a plus
