We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth across our services by building strong client relationships and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell hotel rooms, co-working spaces, and banquet hall packages.
Develop marketing campaigns to attract corporate clients, startups, and event organizers.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with local companies, travel agencies, and community groups.
Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and digital marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in sales & marketing (hospitality, events, or real estate preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/BBA is a plus).
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Knowledge of digital marketing and local business trends will be an advantage.
