Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through client engagement and market research.
• Promote company products and services through various marketing channels (digital, offline, and events).
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and social media promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to align sales goals with marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and present sales reports and market feedback to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and lead management systems is an added advantage.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
