Job Summary:

Armalite Energy Solutions is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote solar solutions (On-Grid, Hybrid, Off-Grid) across Kerala. The role involves field visits, client handling, and coordination with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert prospects through field visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Explain and promote solar energy solutions (On-grid, Hybrid, Off-grid) to clients
• Conduct site assessments with the technical team
• Meet monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports
• Travel across various districts in Kerala as required
• Support marketing campaigns and customer outreach

Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the solar field (On-grid, Hybrid, Off-grid)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and technically sound
