Job Description: Apex Beverages is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to oversee and manage Sales. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-driven individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, who thrives in a target-driven, field-based environment. Roles and Responsibilities: ✅Close deals through effective communication and negotiation. ✅ Achieve sales targets through travel sales strategies. ✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure. ✅ Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs. ✅ Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. ✅ Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and area surveys. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in any specialization 0–2 years of experience in field sales- FMCG, retail, Distributor, etc. (Freshers welcome) Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Must have a valid two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid driving license for local travel. Demonstrated leadership skills and team management capability Ability to travel daily within assigned territory. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with local geography/market. Knowledge of beverages industry. Experience using mobile apps or basic MS Excel.
