We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Sales
• Identify, generate, and convert leads for architectural, interior, and turnkey construction projects.
• Meet prospective clients, understand requirements, and present Design Kodes’ portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and excellent service.
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Marketing
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Create and manage engaging content to showcase projects (renders, site progress, completed works).
• Coordinate with the design team to develop promotional materials (brochures, videos, reels, posters).
• Handle inquiries received through social media, website, and advertising platforms.
• Explore collaborations with builders, real estate developers, and vendors to increase visibility.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture/Interior Design (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (real estate, construction, or design industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing & social media campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Passion for architecture, interiors, and design trends is an advantage.
