Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

• Coordinating the Sales activity of Specialty chemicals manufacturing company.
• Maintaining relations with existing customers.
• Co-ordinating the domestic and export sales.
• Communicating with production team on technical details and market requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

• Executing sales activity of chemicals including export related documentation
• Working out the costing of chemicals for RMC, packing, transportation.
• Creating invoices and e-way bills.
• Logistics coordination for international and domestic sales.
• Documenting the product details for COA, TDS, MSDS
• Stock entries in account
• Inventory management

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Experience of speciality chemicals sales execution is preferred.
• Fluency in English both spoken and written a must.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with chemicals industry is required.
• Knowledge of Tally a plus.
• A positive personality with good interpersonal skills necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
