Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to help drive business growth through effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, enhancing brand presence, and implementing marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities : Sales : Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, networking, and field visits. Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Achieve sales targets and KPIs as assigned by the management. Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales. Maintain and update customer database and records in CRM systems. Marketing : Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Manage social media accounts and contribute to content creation. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to guide sales strategies. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Business development: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
