Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing customer inquiries, offering exceptional customer service, training clients or team members as needed, and driving sales to meet organizational goals. The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proven experience in Sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Experienced in Sales & Marketing strategies and executing campaigns to promote growth
• Ability to provide Training to team members or clients as needed
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
• Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
