This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruppur for a Sales and Marketing Associate. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, engaging with customers, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes training new team members, managing client accounts, and driving marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and sales performance. To be eligible for this position, you should have a Masters in Business Administration or a related field. In addition, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, proven experience in sales, strong skills in training and sales & marketing, ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Relevant experience in the biochemistry or biotechnology field is a plus.,
