Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Associate, located in Patna. The associate will be responsible for managing sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and promoting the company's services. The role involves communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions with hostel providers. Day-to-day tasks include implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and relationship building
• Experience in Sales, Sales & Marketing, and developing strategies to drive growth
• Ability to deliver Training sessions and support onboarding processes
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is an advantage
