Sales and Marketing and Business Development Manager

Job Title:

1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals and enhance brand visibility.
2. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
3. Content Development: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and digital content.
4. Techno-Commercial: Ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
5. Lead Generation: Develop strategies for generating leads and supporting the team in achieving revenue targets.
6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution.
7. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

1. Education: A Mechanical/ Production Engineer with

   MBA

   in Marketing / Business Analytics
2. Experience: Minimum of

   14 years

   of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the sheet metal sector.
3. Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian automotive sector, with particular insight into market trends, consumer preferences, and the regulatory environment

• Deep understanding of the Indian automotive market and familiarity with leading OEMs like Maruti Suzuki and Honda

  with insight into their specific manufacturing processes and requirements

  .

• Proficient in marketing analytics, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools & systems.

1. Techno-Commercial Expertise: Ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

1. Cross-Industry Experience in Non-Automotive Sectors would be added advantage:

• Defence

  : Understanding of the specific needs for sheet metal stamping and moulding within the defence sector, including compliance with rigorous standards and specifications.

• Electrical

  : Familiarity with the electrical industrys demands for precision manufacturing, including the creation of electrical enclosures, housings, and components.

• Railways

  : Expertise in the railway sector, where safety, durability, and efficiency are key requirements for metal stamping and moulding applications.
