Job Description

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer comments, DMs, queries, and emails across all platforms.

Sales & Community Engagement

  • Actively promote and sell products to B2C customers and professional makeup artists.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular clients and MUA communities.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.

Communication & Documentation

  • Compose clear, concise, and grammatically correct written responses for all customer communication.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively—both written and verbal—with all types of customers.

Brand & Product Expertise

  • Stay updated on the latest product offerings, new launches, trends, and industry developments.
  • Provide personalised product recommendations to customers based on their needs.

Operational Excellence

  • Demonstrate effective time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high service standards across all touchpoints.
  • Have a good understanding of social media platforms to support customer engagement and brand presence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
