Sales and Customer Service Representative

As an Order and Shipment Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of all orders and shipments for Mercury serialized product, parts, accessories, and Land "N" Sea product. Your responsibilities will include: - Daily order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Reconciling orders and allocations for distributors - Coordinating various shipment methods like loose cargo, LTL orders, and drop shipments - Involvement in container load planning to optimize volume capacity for cost-effective loads Your key focus will be on ensuring timely shipments and accurate invoicing. You will be expected to: - Resolve shipment issues promptly, including tracing, errors, and freight costs - Maintain proper prioritization between parts, accessories, and serialized products - Consolidate shipments when necessary to streamline processes In addition to order and shipment coordination, you will also be responsible for: - Preparing pro-forma invoices for customers - Handling export documentation efficiently - Communicating with distributors via email, voice, or fax - Addressing distributor inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and delivery times This full-time, permanent position offers opportunities for growth and includes a performance bonus compensation package.
