We require someone who has an excellent English communication skills in written. Our UK company is specialised into Christmas as well as other seasonal and party products. We are leading importer and wholesale distributor company within the UK. We have our own brand SHATCHI and also we are Mspa brand products distributor within the UK and Europe. English Fluency & Basic Computer Knowledge is must Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Interacting with customers via communication via email to assist with inquiries, orders, returns, refunds, and other marketplace-related matters. Issue Resolution: Using your problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot customer issues, provide accurate information, and find appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Product and Service Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the [Amazon / eBay and other] marketplace, including its products, services, policies, and procedures. Staying up-to-date with any changes or updates. Technical Support: Assisting customers with technical problems related to using the [Amazon / eBay and Other] platform, helping them navigate through the website or app, and troubleshooting common technical issues. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and thorough records of customer interactions, documenting issues, resolutions, and any necessary follow-up actions. Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams such as logistics, payments, and fraud prevention to resolve complex customer cases and escalate issues when necessary. Customer Feedback: Collecting and providing feedback from customers to improve the overall marketplace experience, including identifying trends in customer inquiries and suggesting improvements to processes. Product Management: Manage product listings, including product descriptions, pricing, inventory levels. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (additional education may be preferred for some positions). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong customer-centric approach and the ability to remain calm and professional while dealing with customer concerns. Familiarity with using computers, online platforms, and customer service software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
