We’re looking for an experienced leader with 5–7 years in high-ticket B2C sales and at least 3 years in real estate sales. If you’ve successfully closed or handed over a high-value project and love building strong client relationships, this role is for you!

What we’re looking for:

✔ Strong communication (English, Gujarati and Hindi)

✔ Ability to handle diverse clients

✔ Data-driven mindset with Excel/CRM proficiency

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience:

o 5–7 years in sales / high-ticket B2C sales. Minimum 3 years in real estate sales

(residential or commercial). Must have closed/handed over minimum 1 high

value project.

• Skills:

o Strong communication (English, Gujarati).

o Ability to handle clients from different backgrounds.

o Data-driven and comfortable with Excel/CRM.

• Mindset:

o Ownership-driven, process-oriented, calm under pressure, people-driven approach.
