We’re looking for someone with 2–3 years of HR experience, strong communication (Gujarati), good Excel/Google Sheets skills, and a people-first yet balanced mindset.

o Strong communication (Gujarati; basic English).

o Comfortable with documentation and structured follow-up.
o Neutral, fair, people-sensitive, but firm when required.
