Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur for Sales and Business Development in Custom Jewelry & Natural Diamonds. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves sales management and training team members to ensure consistent performance. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training team members
• Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
• Knowledge or experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
