POSITION: Sales Advisor (Waghodia/Ankhol)

Qualification: BBA/ B.Com/ MBA/ Hospitality.

Experience: 2+ years of Real Estate Sales Experience.

Salary: INR 30,000 ONWARDS PLUS MULTI-LAYERED INCENTIVIZATION

Key Skills: Client relationships, Excellent communicator & Strong Interpersonal Skills Language: Gujarati & Hindi (Proficient). English (Preferred)

Computer Skills: MS Office (Proficient) & Client Relationship Manager software (Mandatory)

Personality Traits: Patience, Go getter, People oriented, Energetic, Committed, Organized and Excellent Communicator, Flexible Job Responsibilities:

• Real Estate or Home Loan experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Client Relationship Manager (CRM) software and MS Office is mandatory.
• The candidate should be able to generate leads using the CRM software, strike connect with the clients and understand their requirements.
• He/She should have the knack to convince the client for the site visit.
• Should be able to make calls to the client for the follow up after the initial visit to the site.
• He/She should possess adequate knowledge about the competitors in the market.
