Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in, telephonic, and online customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
  • Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly.
  • Conduct test drives and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotations and handle pricing and finance discussions.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams.
  • Complete all documentation before vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM / Lead management systems.
  • Achieve monthly vehicle, finance, and accessory sales targets.
  • Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and campaigns.
  • Gather and share competitor information and market trends.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure post-delivery satisfaction.
  • Encourage customer referrals and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Diploma (any discipline).
  • 0–3 years of experience (automobile sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM tools).
  • Passion for automobiles and customer service.
  • Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
