Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in-person, over the phone, email, or social media to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and persuasive recommendations.
  • Sales Transactions: Process payments, and handle customer complaints.
  • Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals and contribute to company revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, after-sales support, and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, and other teams to align strategies and enhance customer experience.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations to remain competitive.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer complaints and find creative solutions to their concerns.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software for online sales or POS systems for retail roles.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically the minimum requirement. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred by some employers.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is often required, though entry-level positions may accept candidates with no prior experience.
  • Physical Stamina: For retail roles, the ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Age Limit : Age Limit 24-34 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
