In a short span of 10 months, we have received $350 million dollars in loan requests and facilitated disbursements of more than $50 million in loans this year and we are poised to scale up rapidly. We are launching the second product - SelectRight as an innovative approach to college selection and student recruitment for students and universities, respectively. The product rests on the three pillars of data-science, transparency and ethics and hopes to create a lot of value for students and universities. Summary To scout, educate, and serve students using India's first student funding platform and who would benefit from financial advisory to pursue their studies in India or abroad. In this role, you will - Utilizing the firm's platform and partnerships, nurture leads to sign up for the firm's services - Engage students over telephonic conversations, emails, video calls in order to achieve your sales targets in an effective manner and explain the benefits of the platform - Create and maintain GradRight brand's voice, tone, and character across all channels - Lead end-to-end financial advisory and own student funding requirement of the enrolled students - Coordinate with financing institutions to help students close their funding in time - Improve existing products and help design new ones by using customer insights - Coordinate with other colleagues with a sense of shared responsibility and help them achieve their targets You are expected to be great at - Listening, negotiation - Getting things done, no matter what - Keeping your word - Attention to detail is what you see, write, listen and do - Maintaining a high level of professional and ethical standards Freshers must apply,
