Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic sales advisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers, providing expert advice on skincare products and routines.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products tailored to their concerns.
• Demonstrate proper application techniques and educate customers on product benefits.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting brand loyalty and upselling products.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in skincare, cosmetics, or retail is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and their benefits.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for skincare and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs.
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
