Job Title: Senior Sales Advisor / International Sales Executive

Location: Rohini, New Delhi (2 minutes from Metro Station)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹75,000/month + Unlimited Incentives

About the Role

Datacore is hiring dynamic Inside Sales / International Telesales professionals for its Global Sales Division. You will engage with high-intent leads from the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia, converting them into premium clients through consultative selling and outbound calling.

This is a voice-based, inside sales role offering global exposure, fast promotions, and unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international calls (voice process).
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers through consultative telesales.
• Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for revenue, calls, and conversions.
• Maintain accurate client data and follow-ups using CRM tools and Excel.
• Conduct virtual consultations and demos with international clients.
• Represent Datacore with professionalism and confidence on every call.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Telesales, Outbound Calling, Voice Process, BPO Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is mandatory.
• Strong closing skills with a target-driven and goal-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST), 5.5 days/week.
• Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 9-hour night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST).
• Week: 5.5 days working (alternate Saturdays off).
• Mode: In-office only (Rohini, New Delhi).
