Sales Advisor

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisor / Real Estate Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, and providing excellent customer service throughout the buying/selling or leasing process. This role demands strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms
• Meet and consult with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
• Showcase available properties, conduct site visits, and provide detailed property information
• Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process
• Negotiate deals and close sales in alignment with company policies and client satisfaction
• Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions and sales progress
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property laws, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales roles (1-3+ years preferred)
• Knowledge of local real estate laws, market conditions, and trends
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Real Estate License (if required by local regulations)
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
