Job Description – Female Sales Executive

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Gender Requirement: Female Only
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Female Sales Executive to join our premium jewellery store. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery.
• Provide product details, design options, and price guidance.
• Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain jewellery displays and store cleanliness.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Resolve customer queries, exchanges, and returns politely.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
• Experience in jewellery/retail sales preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English an advantage).
• Presentable, polite, and customer-focused.
