Sale Coordinator

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential customers for life, health, and general insurance products
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold calling
• Present insurance plans and convert leads into sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

2. Client Consultation & Product Presentation

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
• Explain policy features, benefits, premium details, and terms & conditions
• Conduct product presentations and help customers make informed decisions

3. Documentation & Policy Processing

• Collect and verify customer documents for proposal forms
• Submit documents to the insurer for policy issuance
• Ensure timely processing of applications and policy delivery

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
• Provide after-sales support for renewals, claims guidance, and policy servicing
• Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain and update daily sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and team activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
