Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Sales Representative with expertise in medical marketing to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving the adoption of our innovative healthcare solutions by building trusted relationships with medical professionals, particularly physicians. The ideal candidate will combine deep medical industry knowledge with strategic marketing acumen to position our products as essential tools in clinical practice. You will serve as a consultative advisor, translating complex clinical benefits into compelling value propositions that align with physician workflows and practice outcomes. Your expertise will directly influence market penetration, customer satisfaction, and long-term brand loyalty across key healthcare communities.Responsibilities:
  • Lead consultative sales engagements with physicians through in-person visits, virtual meetings, and industry conferences, leveraging marketing insights to enhance product messaging
  • Develop and deliver targeted marketing and sales presentations that highlight clinical evidence, ROI, and differentiation from competitors
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement localized campaigns that resonate with specific medical specialties and practice types
  • Use data-driven insights to identify high-potential accounts and tailor outreach strategies based on physician preferences and practice needs
  • Translate physician feedback into actionable intelligence for product and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve market fit
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions, sales pipelines, and campaign performance in the CRM system
  • Stay informed on emerging medical trends, regulatory updates, and competitive dynamics to ensure messaging remains relevant and compliant
Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MD, PharmD, or equivalent medical qualification preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology sales with a proven marketing focus
  • Demonstrated success in driving product adoption through consultative selling and strategic marketing alignment
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and healthcare delivery systems
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Experience developing or executing marketing materials for healthcare professionals
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and digital marketing channels
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within $region
