Role Overview

The Export & Sales Support Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end export and import documentation, maintaining accurate sales records in Zoho CRM, and supporting the ISM/Sales Manager in day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating with customers, freight forwarders—especially in China—and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely communication, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage export and import documentation in full compliance with applicable regulations.

·        Maintain and update Zoho CRM with sales documents (quotations, proforma invoices, and related paperwork), ensuring accuracy and timely entry.

·        Assist the ISM/Sales Manager with documentation, reports, and presentations.

·        Support order processing activities and handle client communication as required.

·        Coordinate shipping-related communication with customers and forwarders in China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in International Business or Foreign Trade
• Certificate/Diploma Course in Export Import Management preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience in international trade, export-import, or sales support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
• Understanding of international trade regulations and documentation
• Knowledge about Import documentation will be preferable
