Sale and Structuring Support - APAC SIDM

As part of J.P. Morgan's Markets Group within CIB Research & Analytics in Mumbai, you will be part of a team that was established in 2013 to support the Firm's global markets teams. The Markets Group plays a crucial role in providing in-depth knowledge that contributes to the success of the Investment Banking, Structuring, Sales & Trading, and Research businesses worldwide. With a focus on multiple asset classes across different geographies, you will collaborate closely with trading, sales, and structuring teams globally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with a sales team specializing in fixed income derivatives and structured investment products to determine suitable products based on client requirements and provide pricing on derivative structures. - Drive process improvement and automation initiatives for the sales team, developing automations for daily tasks using Python. - Combine product knowledge with market research to create pitch books and factsheets showcasing the suitability of specific products for the current market environment. - Take ownership of post-trade lifecycle events and assist with client queries related to settlements, lifecycle calculations, reconciliations, and legal document checks. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong knowledge of derivatives and greeks including indices, futures, and options. - Proficiency in Equities, Rates, FX, and Commodities. - Familiarity with VBA and at least one object-oriented programming language, specifically Python. - Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high standards of precision. - Excellent quantitative and analytical skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities in a multi-location setup.
