Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize

  SailPoint Identity (IIQ)

  solutions, including identity governance workflows, rules, connectors, and policies as per business requirements.
• Design, create, and extend

  custom connectors

  for applications not natively supported by SailPoint.
• Configure and customize IIQ using

  JavaScript, XML, and SQL

  for identity governance and policy enforcement.
• Build, manage, and support

  REST and SOAP API integrations

  between SailPoint IIQ and external systems.
• Perform

  performance tuning and optimization

  of IIQ components and enforce secure coding standards.
• Ensure

  data security and protection

  across integrations and platform components.
• Collaborate closely with

  U.S.-based clients and distributed teams

  , ensuring smooth implementation and issue resolution during overlapping business hours.
• Provide

  ongoing support

  , monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues in the SailPoint IIQ environment.
• Deploy SailPoint

  upgrades, patches, and recommended features

  as part of project or managed services engagements.
• Participate in

  daily stand-ups, planning meetings, review sessions

  , and client calls.
• Prepare and maintain

  technical documentation

  including design documents, implementation plans, change logs, and integration details.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience with

  SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

  .
• Strong expertise in

  custom development and connector framework

  .
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript, XML, and SQL

  .
• Solid hands-on experience with

  REST/SOAP APIs

  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
