Job Description

SailPoint Developer (IdentityIQ)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support
SailPoint IdentityIQ
solutions for identity lifecycle management and access governance.
Implement
JoinerMoverLeaver (JML)
processes, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlement management.
Configure and customize
IdentityIQ workflows
, certifications (access reviews), and provisioning policies.
Develop and customize
connectors
for applications such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, cloud platforms, and custom applications.
Write and optimize
Beanshell / Java
rules for provisioning, aggregation, validation, and customization.
Implement and manage
access certifications
, policy violations, and remediation workflows.
Integrate IdentityIQ with
HR systems
(e.g., Workday, SAP HR) and other authoritative sources.
Perform
troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution
across IAM processes.
Support
audit and compliance requirements
(SOX, GDPR, ISO, HIPAA) by ensuring proper access controls and reporting.
Collaborate with
security, infrastructure, and application teams
to ensure secure and scalable IAM implementations.
Participate in
requirements gathering, solution design, testing (ST/UAT), and production deployments
.
Prepare and maintain
technical documentation
, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.
