Job Description

- Manages and optimizes SailPoint IIQ for advanced functionality, integration, and performance.
Handles complex issues, strategic planning, and oversees high-impact projects.
Advanced Sailpoint IIQ Knowledge: Deep understanding of Sailpoint IIQ features, configuration, and administration
System Integration: Experience integrating Sailpoint IIQ with other enterprise tools and systems.
Troubleshooting: Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex issues within the Sailpoint environment.
Project Management: Ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Strategic Thinking: Skills in developing long-term strategies for system use and improvements.
Team Coordination: Experience in leading and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Technical Documentation: Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Stakeholder Interaction: Skills in communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge in handling major INCs.

Extensive experience with Sailpoint or similar management tools

Proven track record of managing complex systems and projects.

Relevant certifications in Sailpoint or related technologies are highly desirable.
