1. Job Summary

Level 2 support activities on SailPoint.

Onboarding of applications in SailPoint.

2. Key Responsibilities

Develop Customer connectors, workflows, rules and lifecycle event triggers.

• Oversee integration of sailpoint with enterprise applications and directories.
• Lead the architecture, design and deployment of Sailpoint identity now solutions.
• Collaborate with security, compliance and IT teams to align IAM solutions with busniess needs.
• Conduct code reviews, esnure est practices and maintain technical documentation.
• Drive continous improvement in IAM processes and automation.
• Provide technical leadership in trobleshooting and resolving complex issues.

3. Job Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Strong 8 to 10 years hands-on experience in SailPoint Development and engineering activities, ideally on SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering application requirement.
• Good knowledge of IAM processes and controls.
• Good analytical skill to identify/analyse customer reported issues.
• Ability to translate work with engineers from multiple disciplines using multiple disparate technologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Strong desire to deliver high quality solutions and continuously improve quality of services.

Nice to Have Skills.

• Experience in development on SailPoint, Java, SQL.
• Experience in developing automation to streamline support, operations and application onboarding services.
• Experience on CyberArk / Centrify PAM, ideally on support services and privilege account onboarding.
• Knowledge on Active Directory with Kerberos, Azure Active Directory SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM.
• Any relevant certifications on SailPoint or other IAM products.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering/ Computer Science / Information Technology / Telecommunications.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, access governance, and compliance requirements.
• SailPoint certification (e.g., IdentityNow Certified Implementation Engineer).
