Job Title: Safety Supervisor

Location: Kalamassery – Perumbra, Kerala

About the Role:

We are looking for Safety Supervisors to ensure safety compliance and maintain a secure working environment at our construction site. The role involves direct supervision of safety measures, hazard identification, and ensuring workers follow protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on-site and be physically present throughout the working hours.
• Supervise and enforce safety practices at the construction site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report hazards.
• Ensure all workers use protective gear and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist in implementing safety protocols and training sessions.
• Monitor site conditions and adjust schedules as per climatic and environmental factors.
• Perform tasks related to roofing and working at heights with proper safety measures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor or similar role.
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
• Must be willing to work at heights and handle roofing tasks.
• Ability to work in challenging climatic conditions and site-related constraints.
• Male candidates preferred for this role.
• Open to relocation to Kalamassery – Perumbra.
• Expected CTC: ₹20,000 per month along with ESI and PF benefits.

Additional Details:

• Type of Job: Site job – must be present at the work location.
• Work Schedule: 9 hours per day (may vary due to climate and other unforeseen site conditions).
• Employer: Will be working under Apollo Tyres.
