Description

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor to oversee and ensure a safe working environment for our employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and safety training.
Collaborate with management to develop safety policies and procedures.
Monitor workplace conditions and safety equipment to ensure a safe environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members regarding safety practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in safety management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards in India.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports on safety performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
