SAFETY OFFICER

As a Safety Officer in the Health & Safety Operation department, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe work environment by implementing safety policies, auditing statutory compliances/procedures, and working closely with management and employees to mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement safety policies and statutory compliance/procedures in accordance with DISH rules, regulations, and company standards. - Conduct regular safety inspections, training sessions, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Train employees on safety protocols and best practices to create awareness and adherence to safety measures. - Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents to determine their root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. - Maintain records and filing of returns to ensure documentation and compliance with safety standards. - Collaborate with management and employees to foster a culture of safety within the organization. - Stay updated with industry trends and developments in safety regulations to implement best practices effectively.
