About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our construction team and ensure a safe work environment. If you have a passion for workplace safety and a keen eye for identifying hazards, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience 3+ years in the construction industry.
• Two wheeler Must
• Ability to work on-site and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Reporting Time - 8.00 Am
• Compensation - 25000 - 35000 Rs (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce health and safety policies on-site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective measures.
• Investigate workplace accidents and near-misses, ensuring corrective action is taken.
• Conduct safety training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training programs.
• Promote a strong safety culture among employees and subcontractors.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Experience in conducting safety training.
