Company Overview

Company is engaged in execution of electrical and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Make sure all workers follow safety rules at the site (electrical, civil, cable laying, substation work).

• Check the site daily for unsafe conditions and report hazards.

• Ensure all workers use safety equipment like helmets, shoes, belts, gloves, etc.

• Conduct daily toolbox talks and explain safe working methods to workers.

• Monitor high-risk activities such as excavation, working at height, and electrical work.

• Investigate accidents or near-miss incidents and prepare simple reports.

• Maintain safety records, permits, and inspection checklists.

• Guide contractors and workers to complete work safely without accidents.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Safety or Engineering (Electrical/Civil preferred).

• Minimum 2 years site-safety experience in power/civil infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of electrical safety, working at heights, excavation, and PTW systems.

• Strong reporting, communication & team coordination skills.
