Safety officer

Job Description -Safety officer   Risk Assessment- Identifying potential hazards and assessing the risks associated with them. Set up and supervising temporary work areas. Implementing Safety Policies- Developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures that comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Ensure that health, safety, and environmental policies are followed. Conducting Safety Inspections-Regularly inspecting the site to ensure compliance with safety standards. Training Employees: Conducting safety training sessions and workshops for employees , staff, Subcontractor, Workmen, and visitors to ensure they are aware of safety protocols. Designing & imparting training go. Emergency Response Planning-Preparing and implementing emergency response plans in case of accidents or incidents. Accident Investigation- Investigating accidents to determine causes and prevent future occurrences. Promoting a Safety Culture-Encouraging a culture of safety where every worker feels responsible for their own and others' safety Documentation- Maintaining records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations. OSHA regulations. To organize campaigns. competition & other special emphasis program to Promote E.H.S at workplace. Collating & reporting to project manager E.H.S. monthly statistic. To maintain good relationships with local authorities in order to ensure successful Passing of inspected by local authorities on site and safety standards. Promote and reinforce safe behaviors across projects and job sites. Keeping up to date with new legislation and best practices in construction safety.
