We are hiring an experienced Safety Officer with a valid Diploma in Industrial Safety (IDIS) to oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at our interior fit-out and construction project sites across
The ideal candidate must be proactive, site-focused, and fully committed to implementing safety protocols across fast-paced projects.
1. Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address hazardous conditions and equipment.3. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.4. Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, including new hire orientation and ongoing training.5. Provide guidance and support to employees on safety-related issues and concerns.Collaborate with other departments and management to ensure safety practices are integrated into all operations and processes.
