Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols at project sites.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections.
• Identify potential hazards and take proactive measures to prevent incidents.
• Organize and conduct safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and regular safety training sessions.
• Investigate and report any incidents, accidents, or near-misses.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company-specific HSE guidelines.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to promote a strong safety culture.

Experience

• Minimum

  8 years

  of relevant experience in safety management within:
• Sub-station Projects
• Industrial Project Construction
• Multi-storied Building Projects
• Cement Plants
• Thermal Power Plants
• Wind Projects

Qualification

• Diploma in

  Fire & Safety

  with an engineering background in

  Civil / Mechanical / Electrical

  disciplines.
