Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Customer Supportat Plusvibe.ai. This person will be responsible for providing technical support to users, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer issues, and communicating effectively with the development team.


  • What You’ll Do: Answer user questions about our SaaS.
  • Quickly spot if an issue is a bug.
  • Write help articles and FAQs.
  • Set up CS processes


What You Need:

✔ Technical background (can diagnose issues, not just follow scripts).

✔ Strong spoken & written English.

✔ Experience in SaaS support is a must

✔ Experience in Community Building would be a plus
