We are looking for a driven and results-oriented SaaS Sales Executive with at least 3 years of experience in B2B software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing—while building strong relationships with key decision makers. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, demos, proposal, negotiation, and closure - Prospect through outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls) - Conduct virtual product demonstrations - Identify customer pain points and position the SaaS solution effectively - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline in the CRM - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets - Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports - Stay updated on industry trends and competitors Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong experience in outbound prospecting and closing - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) - Ability to understand and sell technical or software products - Strong time-management and pipeline management skills - Self-motivated with a hunter mindset Preferred Qualifications: - Experience selling to HR, Recruitment, Fintech, or Enterprise sectors - Knowledge of inside sales, demo-based selling, and solution selling - Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling SaaS environment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Monthly revenue targets - Number of demos conducted - Conversion rate from lead to deal - Average deal size - Pipeline value and forecasting accuracy
