Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SaaS Product Sales Manager located in Walnut Creek, CA. The SaaS Product Sales Manager will oversee the sales process for the Digitals Unified AI Platform, identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and develop strategies for achieving sales goals. Additionally, the role will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present products effectively and build rapport with clients
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Customer Service skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Experience in Business Development to identify and secure new opportunities
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with SaaS products and knowledge of AI technology is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
