S/4 Basis Senior Consultant

Job Description: As an experienced and certified SAP Mid-Senior Basis Consultant with 7-9 years of hands-on experience, you will be responsible for SAP system administration tasks such as installations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning. You will demonstrate proven expertise in managing complex SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA, BW/4 HANA, SAP Router, Business Objects, Solution Manager, GRC, SDI, OpenText, ICC, Cloud Connectors. Your role will involve working in both on-premise and cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure, showcasing your strong troubleshooting, communication, and team collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: - Perform SAP system administration tasks including installation, configuration, and maintenance of various SAP systems like S/4HANA, BW/4 HANA, SAP Router, Business Objects, Solution Manager, GRC, SDI, OpenText, ICC, Cloud Connectors, and Bastion Host. - Manage SAP upgrades, support packages, enhancement packs, and kernel updates. - Lead system refresh and client copy activities for development and QA systems. - Conduct kernel upgrades, support pack stack upgrades, and SAP HANA DB maintenance. - Handle transport landscape and support change control procedures. - Administer SAP user accounts and roles in coordination with the SAP Security team. - Provide 24/7 production support and resolve high-priority incidents within tight SLAs. - Collaborate with the infrastructure team to optimize system performance and availability. - Perform client copies, system refreshes, and transports. - Monitor system performance and tune SAP systems and databases for optimal functionality. - Manage user and role administration, including authorization management. - Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve problems. - Support and manage SAP HANA databases, including backups and replication setups. - Utilize SAP Solution Manager and other monitoring tools for system monitoring. - Plan and execute disaster recovery strategies. - Maintain high availability and disaster recovery for SAP environments. - Document technical procedures and configurations. - Experience in SAP upgrade projects, including major version upgrades to S/4HANA 2021/2023, is essential. - Provide insights into new automation initiatives and improvements.,
