Description
As an S2SE Analytics & Reporting Lead at EY, you will play a crucial role in the Supply Chain Services team by utilizing data-driven insights to drive efficiency, improve data integrity, and deliver actionable insights aligned with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include creating reports, visualizations, and presentations, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions, communicating complex data insights effectively to stakeholders, and driving innovation in data analysis techniques. You will collaborate closely with other SCS teams, Finance, and other EY functions to identify optimization opportunities and provide data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Creating reports, visualizations, and data-driven presentations to communicate insights effectively - Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions - Communicating complex data insights to various stakeholders, including senior leadership - Demonstrating a growth mindset in data and AI-driven technologies - Identifying and extracting relevant data from various sources for analysis - Identifying new opportunities to use data for driving business value and innovation - Collaborating with other SCS teams, Finance, and EY functions to provide data-driven solutions - Staying up to date with industry trends in data analysis techniques - Overseeing the development of data solutions that meet business objectives - Ensuring data integrity and resolving data quality issues - Championing EY & SCS team values and maintaining a positive team culture Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in S2P reporting and/or S2P Operations roles - Intermediate skillset and experience working in SQL, PBI, and other data analytical tools - Bachelor's/Masters degree; procurement and supply chain related certificates are a plus - Minimum of 10 years' experience in Business, Procurement, Finance, Accounting related field - Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of SAP SRM, ECC, VIM preferred - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills - Ability to monitor and manage project milestone deadlines - Experience in accounting, business management, technology, and data analytics concepts - Ability to manage teams, work independently, and handle conflict situations effectively - Positive attitude, good business acumen, and organizational skills Join EY and be part of a dynamic and global delivery network where you will collaborate with teams from various service lines, geographies, and sectors, contributing to the EY growth strategy.
