Job Description

As a Process Developer at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire value chain associated with Purchase Order Management, Reporting, AP Issue Resolution & Fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include: - Issuing Purchase Orders based on demands or Purchase Requisitions received from requestors. - Driving Order Acknowledgement & Order Fulfillment in alignment with the Need Date or Promise Date by collaborating closely with suppliers, logistics, and fulfillment teams. - Adjusting orders in the ERP system based on urgency and updating supplier Promise Dates accordingly. - Ensuring adherence to KPIs and business SLAs. - Assisting suppliers in resolving outstanding invoices. - Collaborating with suppliers, Warehouse, Sourcing, Quality, Finance, etc., to address any Material Discrepancy efficiently and ensure timely fulfillment. - Preparing and reporting your own KPIs and SLAs. Qualifications we seek in you: - Minimum 1 year of procurement experience, particularly in the Manufacturing Sector. - Strong personality with an analytical mindset. - Good interpersonal skills and a team player. - Basic understanding of Sourcing & Procurement processes in the Manufacturing industry. Experience in handling procurement of direct and indirect materials is preferred. - Basic experience in MS-Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Preferred Qualifications: - Fair knowledge of industrial commodities would be advantageous.
