As a Process Developer at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire value chain related to Purchase Order Management, Reporting, AP Issue Resolution, and Fulfillment. Your responsibilities will include issuing Purchase Orders based on demands or Purchase Requisitions, driving Order Acknowledgement and Fulfillment in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, updating ERP systems for any changes in supplier Promise Dates, and ensuring adherence to KPIs and business SLAs. Additionally, you will assist suppliers in resolving outstanding invoices, work with various business functions to address Material Discrepancies, and report on your own KPIs and SLAs. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of one year of procurement experience, particularly in the Manufacturing Sector. A strong personality, analytical mindset, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential. Basic understanding of Sourcing & Procurement processes in the Manufacturing industry is required, with experience in handling procurement of direct and indirect materials being preferred. Proficiency in MS-Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include a fair knowledge of industrial commodities.
